Proposals to create a mews of 6 three bedroom houses and a small office building in an existing West London mews of workshops and offices. As the site is long and narrow, running along the backs of residential gardens, the design is carefully laid out to limit overlooking. Each house has external spaces at ground and upper levels. The result is a toothed form picked out with the proposed materials of textured brickwork and opaque screen walls.
