Pedder & Scampton has worked on a range of projects with Speck, including the fitting out of a production kitchen in Park Royal, the design and fit out a new shop with back of house facilities in a unit in Thayer Street, London, the installation of air conditioning to their first shop in Holland Park, and proposals for a new shop unit and cookery demonstration space in Leadenhall Market. The new shop design gave order to a space filled with a wide variety of fresh and dried foods and wines, including fresh pasta making in the window.
