Pedder & Scampton achieved Planning permission in a sensitive residential Conservation Area in Swiss Cotttage, London for the addition of a floor of office space to an existing mews of non residential back buildings surrounded on three sides by private gardens. Consultation with the Planning Authority and preparation of daylight studies resulted in a scheme that increases the desk spaces by a third enabling a local employer to stay in the area.
