Refurbishment and Extension: House in Hampstead
The refurbishment and extension of a 4 storey house overlooking Hampstead Heath together with linking the house to the adjacent lower ground floor flat to create a double frontage onto the garden. The project opens up the lower ground floor to create a suite of large, light, open rooms linked to the garden also designed by Pedder and Scampton, whilst retaining and refurbishing the original reception rooms at the entrance level and creating new bathrooms and a master bedroom suite at the upper floors.
