Fit out of shop unit in Marylebone High Street as delicatessen and installation of new commercial catering kitchen in two B1 units making food for the Speck delicatessen shops and e-mail food order business.
The briefs:
- Fit out of shop unit in Marylebone High Street as delicatessen
- Design a new commercial catering kitchen in two light industrial units to supply the Speck delicatessen shops and e-mail food order business

- Worked with the existing brand image to create new shop with purpose made display fittings
- Fast track fit out
- Designed catering kitchen layout and co-ordinated specialist suppliers
